The Isles of Scilly can present some access challenges to guests but we are quite used to doing all we can to ensure that all our guests enjoy a holiday here.
We have produced an online Access Guide that may answer some of your queries in preparation for a visit, but please do contact us to discuss your specific needs.

Families with Young Children
There are baby changing facilities located in the disabled toilet situated on the ground floor. We are happy to warm bottles or baby food for you, or store any food you need refrigerated.
We have a limited supply of baby/toddler equipment available for guest use during your stay, please check availability with reception.
In addition, there are some baby monitors, room thermometers, travel cots, Moses baskets, play mats and baby sleeping bags available should you require them. We also have a limited number of prams, pushchairs, baby carriers and toddler back carriers for guest use. In the children’s area, we have a selection of toys, games and books available for guests to use. Please return any items if you wish to take them to your cottage.
Allergies and Dietary Requirements
If a member of your party suffers from a particular allergy and you believe that we may be able to carry out actions that may help to reduce the risk of exposure; please contact reception on arrival to discuss this further.
Alternatively, when eating in our restaurant or bar please bring this to our attention before placing your order and we will discuss your requirements at this stage. We regret that we cannot guarantee that any of our standard menu items are free from nuts or nut products.
We allow dogs in our cottages at an additional charge of £10 per dog per night. Dogs are not permitted in the hotel dining room at any time. Please be responsible by cleaning up your dog waste and disposing of it in the dog waste bins on the islands.
Superfast Wi-Fi is available for free in the cottages and throughout the hotel.
The community bus service operates in a loop around the island and stops in Hugh Town from outside the Town Hall. There are also tour buses operating throughout the summer months. Please ask at reception for timetables and information.
